Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we offer exchanges subject to product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
